REGISTER OF BUSINESS AND LISTS
If you want to start up a company in the metropolitan area of Bologna you have to:
- enroll your firm in the Italian Company Register at the Chamber of Commerce in its area by the website ComUnica (the enrollment date does not necessarily correspond to the activity starting date. The company can start its activity at the same time of the enrollment or later on);
- check the compulsory procedures
- apply for a certified email.
All the Italian enterprises and firms (over 6 millions) must be enrolled in the register of business, which is the primary certification of their data, like the municipal registries are for their citizens: whoever conducts an economic activity in Italy as an enterprise or firm, must be registered in the business register of the Italian Chambers Of Commerce.
