Clause for international disputes with sole arbitrator

All disputes arising out of this contract, including the disputes in connection with its validity, interpretation and termination shall be settled by a sole arbitrator under the Rules of the  Camber of National and International Arbitration of Bologna.
The arbitrator shall appointed by the Chamber of Arbitration of Bologna.  The seat of the arbitration shall be Bologna.
The language of the arbitration shall be the Italian language.

Clause for international disputes with arbitral tribunal

All disputes arising out of this contract, including the disputes in connection with its validity, interpretation and termination, shall be settled by three arbitrators under the Rules of the Chamber of National and International Arbitration of Bologna.
The Arbitral Tribunale shall consist of three arbitrators; each party shall appoint an arbitrator anche the two arbitrators so appointed shall agree on a chairman. If no agreement can be reached, the Chamber of Arbitration shall appoint the charirman.
The seat of the arbitration shall be Bologna.
The language of the arbitration shall be the Italian language.
